Soak green gram overnight in water. Drain the water and tie it in a cloth. Observe the changes in the grains on the next day.

(viii) Rinse your mouth after every meal.

(ix) Do not waste food.

(x) Always wash fruits and vegetables before eating or cooking.

(xi) Stale food makes you sick. Avoid it.

(xii) Avoid uncovered food as it may contain dust and germs..
